This set of matched fork stanchion tubes are specific to the shuttle valve forks used from 1968 to 1973 on various Triumph 500, 650, and 750 models.
Top quality UK-made to original specifications by LF Harris with a hard-chromed finish and UNF threads. For 1968 650 models, fitment is for TR6 and T120 models with frame and engine numbers after DU68363.
The shuttle valve forks feature improved rebound damping due to the updated design. The holes in the bottom of the stanchion tubes allow the passage of fork oil from the interior of the stanchion to the bore of the fork lower member.
The fork oil seal holders must be unthreaded from the fork lowers to disassemble the fork assembly. Once the lowers are removed, the stanchions can be removed from the lower and top yokes and prepared for inspection of the bushings and other associated parts prior to reassembly.
Hard chrome finish, will fit the following:
1968-70 Triumph 650 T120 Bonneville & TT6 Tiger & Trophy
1968-74 Triumph 500 T100 Daytona & Tiger
1968-70 750 Triumph T150 Trident
LF Harris motorcycle spares are produced to the highest quality standards possible utilizing original Triumph tooling, dies, factory blueprints & materials combined with modern manufacturing equipment, tolerances & techniques.
