Parts, Models & Fitment

What motorcycles do you specialize in?

The Bonneville Shop specializes in vintage British motorcycle parts, with a focus on classic Triumph, BSA, and Norton motorcycles. We offer replacement parts, restoration parts, service items, tools, and accessories for riders, restorers, and collectors.

Can you help me identify the correct part for my motorcycle?

Yes. If you have questions about fitment, model application, original part numbers, or choosing the right item for your motorcycle, contact us before ordering. Providing your motorcycle’s year, model, engine number, frame number, and any original part number you have will help us assist you more efficiently.

How do I make sure a part will fit?

Read the product manual, parts catalogue, our product description and fitment information carefully, and contact us before ordering if you are unsure. Vintage British motorcycles often have model-year changes, market differences, previous-owner modifications, and parts that look similar but are not interchangeable.

Do product photographs always show the exact item I will receive?

Not always. Product photographs are for illustration, and manufacturers may make minor cosmetic changes to an item’s color, finish, label, or design. These changes do not affect the item’s intended function or compatibility. Contact us before ordering if appearance is important to your project.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 noon Mountain Time generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon generally ship the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. The Bonneville Shop offers standard free shipping to the contiguous lower 48 U.S. states. Standard free shipping is normally sent using an economy USPS service. Expedited and priority shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally. If the shipping quote for your order appears unusually high, email your parts list and complete shipping address to orders@thebonnevilleshop.com so we can review the available shipping options.

Why is international shipping expensive?

International shipping, tariffs, and carrier costs can vary significantly by destination, package size, weight, and service level. International shipping rates have increased substantially in recent years, so quotes may be higher than expected.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Notify us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged. Keep the original shipping box and packing materials, and take clear photos of the package and damage. Photos of damaged packaging are required for shipping-damage claims. Carrier claims are handled through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, and we will assist you through the process.

What happens if I enter an incorrect shipping address?

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If an order is returned because it is refused, undeliverable, insufficiently addressed, or otherwise non-deliverable for reasons not caused by The Bonneville Shop, shipping and insurance charges may be non-refundable. Returned packages may also be subject to a 10% return fee and applicable shipping costs.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or store credit, the product must be returned in new, complete condition with its original packaging, labels, and an RMA form.

What products cannot be returned?

Bearings, service tools, and electrical components are non-returnable. Clearance and second-quality products are sold as-is and are also non-returnable. Please confirm that these items are correct before placing your order.

How do I start a return?

You must initiate your return request using the form on our Shipping & Returns page. A member of the Returns Team normally responds by the next business day with an RMA form. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email within one business day.

Is there a restocking fee?

Except when a part is defective or we made an error, refunded returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns processed for store credit have a 0% restocking fee.

What must be included with a return?

Return the complete product in new condition, with original packaging, labels, and the completed, signed RMA form. Items showing damage, use, attempted installation, alteration, missing components, or incomplete packaging may be rejected for refund or store credit.

Who pays return shipping?

The customer pays return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped prepaid; COD shipments are rejected. Refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages may be subject to a $10 service fee.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible original item through the regular returns process, then place a new order for the replacement item you need.

What if I purchased my item through eBay?

eBay purchases must be returned through the eBay return process. Please open your return request through eBay rather than using our website return form.

Warranties & Product Details

Do you provide a warranty on parts?

Warranty coverage is determined by the original manufacturer. The Bonneville Shop will assist you with a manufacturer warranty claim when appropriate, but we do not provide a separate direct warranty on products sold.

How long do warranty claims take?

Manufacturer warranty claims may take 4 to 8 weeks to process. The timing, inspection, eligibility, and final outcome are subject to the individual manufacturer’s policy and discretion.

What is not covered by a manufacturer warranty?

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover normal wear, customer negligence, improper installation, improper handling, damage, or faults caused by other external factors. If a part is inspected and found not to be faulty, the customer may pay to have it returned or choose to abandon it.

What should I do if I think a part is defective?

Contact us with clear photos and a description of the issue before sending anything back. Email orders@thebonnevilleshop.com or text (720) 260-4271, and we will help determine the next steps.

Frequent Spanner Points

What is Frequent Spanner Points?

Frequent Spanner Points is The Bonneville Shop loyalty program. When you shop using a registered customer account, you can earn Points on eligible purchases and convert those Points into discount coupons for future eligible orders.

How do I earn Points?

You must have a customer account and be signed in when placing your order. You earn 2 Frequent Spanner Points for every whole $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise after discounts. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar, so cents do not round up or carry forward to another order.

How do I convert Points into a coupon?

Points must be converted into a The Bonneville Shop discount coupon before they can be used. Every 400 Points converts to a $5.00 coupon, and Points may be converted in 400-point increments. A maximum of 4,000 Points, worth $50.00, may be converted into a single coupon.

Do Points and coupons expire?

Yes. Frequent Spanner Points expire 24 months after they are earned. A coupon created from Points expires 24 months after the coupon is generated. Converting Points into a coupon before the Points expire creates a separate 24-month period in which to use that coupon.

What happens to Points if I return or cancel an order?

Points earned on canceled, returned, refunded, partially refunded, declined, disputed, charged-back, or otherwise credited orders may be removed. If a conversion coupon was used on an order that is later refunded, any coupon or Points adjustment will be handled according to the eligible merchandise refunded, the original coupon value used, and the circumstances of the return or refund.

What does not earn Points?

Points are not earned on shipping, sales tax, gift cards, store credit, duties, fees, or other non-merchandise charges. Guest orders do not earn Points. Some products, brands, categories, clearance items, special-order items, limited-quantity products, promotions, or offers may also be excluded when stated on the applicable page.

When are Points added to my account?

Points are normally added after your order has been paid for and marked complete. Points earned from a new purchase cannot be used on that same order; they become available for a future eligible order.

Can I use a conversion coupon with a sale price or another discount code?

Conversion coupons may be used with sale prices unless otherwise stated. They cannot normally be combined with promotional codes, coupon codes, or other discount offers, and only one Frequent Spanner Points conversion coupon may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Can I transfer Points or coupons to another person?

No. Points and generated coupons belong to the customer account that earned them. They cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, traded, pooled, or exchanged for cash, store credit, or a refundable payment method.

Read the complete Frequent Spanner Points Terms and Conditions.
