The needle clip is important because it allows the tuner to adjust the position of the needle as it rises and falls in the needle jet of the carburetor.
Small metal clip has a split in the middle of the two sides allowing it to firmly clasp onto the groove on the needle. Amal-type reproduction parts.
The needle clip is installed on the needle and is captured inside of the slide and return spring of the carburetor. Can be adjusted to various positions on the needle for tuning purposes.
