Supplied as an alternative to the British Lucas 17.5/35 time-delay 188218 fuse that is subject to availability issues, we are offering the Buss AGC20A-type fuse as a suitable alternative when the 17.5/35 amp fuse is not available. It is not advisable to substitute a 35A US-rated fuse for the 188218 fuse.
The 20A glass fuse is 1.250″ in length and .250″ OD. Designed as a fast-acting blow-rate fuse used commonly in motorcycle and automotive applications.

The fuse rating is matched to the gauge of wiring in the electrical system. Traditional fuse holders in British motorcycles are a two-piece “twist-lock” where the fuse is captured inside the two halves of the fuse holder.Â
