The Norton Roadholder forks are known for their damping qualities. The integrity of the upper and lower bushes is important to ensure proper function of the front suspension. This listing is for a single bush, with (1) required for each fork leg.
This reproduction steel bush measures approximately 1″ in length, with an ID of 1.275″ and OD of 1.49″. Made in the UK by TJ Wassell.
The lower bush fits around the fork tube within the lower member and ensures a smooth sliding lower fork leg without any stiction. If the lower bush has been removed, it is advisable to replace the bush.
The fork tube assembly must be removed from the upper and lower yokes to facilitate disassembly. Refer to the factory workshop manual for front fork service details and procedures.
