The proper fitting gasket is important to maintain an oil-tight seal at the rocker box and cylinder head junction.

Appropriate fitment for 1971-1982 Triumph models: TR6, TR7, T120 and T140.

This gasket is a wire-reinforced rocker box gasket that offers a robust composition for long term sealing. This gasket is designed specifically for the later models with the locating pins pressed into the cylinder head.

The gasket is placed between the mating surfaces of the rocker box and cylinder head.
Once fitted to the cylinder head mating surface, the rocker box is installed over the gasket and tightened down to make a seal at the base of the rocker box.
