These reproduction silencer brackets are fitted to the 1971-1972 Triumph 650 models with down swept exhaust pipes. Sold as a matching pair of (2) silencer mounting brackets.
Constructed of heavy-gauge stamped steel, the brackets are approximately 5-1/4″ overall length, with the lower mounting holes approximately 1-5/8″ between centers. Distance between lower to top holes is 3-3/8″. They are finished in black and sourced from TJ Wassell in the UK.
The brackets attach to the fixing points on the silencers and are hung from the passenger footrest mounts on the rear frame section.
The top of the brackets are captured by the passenger footrest studs. The lower bolt holes align with the mounting channel on each silencer. Installation is straightforward using the correct hardware.
