Designed for fitment to Triumph pre-unit models with 1-3/4″ OD exhaust pipes, this clamp assembly is supplied complete with the nut, bolt, and D-shaped washers. Can also be used on other applications calling for a 1-7/8″ ID silencer clamp.
Sourced from the UK, the chrome-plated clamp has a 1-7/8″ ID, suitable for fitment over silencers with an inlet tube of 1-7/8″OD. The included hardware is zinc-plated for corrosion resistance.
Exhaust clamps are designed to seal the junction between the exhaust pipes and silencers, maintaining performance and limiting excessive noise due to exhaust leaks.
The clamp assembly is loosened and placed over the slotted inlet tube of the silencer prior to insertion of the exhaust pipe into the silencer. Once positioned, the clamping bolt is tightened.
