This worked great in my ’70 B44. Pay attention to the blog posts on this site about the high-beam warning light if you use this (or any LED) as your main headlight. I read everything then went with PN# 281 LED G for my warning light (because it had both + and – polarity) and I didn’t have to do any further mods or flop polarity or anything. I double-checked with Dave and he confirmed this would work (and he was right). It was plug-and-play, and both the headlamp and the warning light are really bright, and everything works as it should (high-beam, dim, and warning).
