Triumph BSA Norton Spanner Set Whitworth 6-Piece PN# TBS-61158

This economically priced 6-piece set of Whitworth combination box-end and open-end wrenches fits the most common fastener sizes encountered on vintage British motorcycles produced before 1975.

Included in this set of 6 spanners are the following: 3/16W 1/4BS, 1/4W 5/16BS, 5/16W 3/8BS, 3/8W 7/16BS, 7/16W 1/2BS, and 1/2W 9/16BS. Whitworth tool sizes refer to the shank diameter of the bolt, and will fit on Whitworth, BSF, BSC, and CEI nuts and bolts. Sourced from Delco-Dae in the orient.

The individual spanners are wrapped in a protective coating over the handle of the spanner. A cloth tool roll organizes the set of spanners, making them ideal for carrying along in the motorcycle’s tool box.

These wrenches are used for loosening and tightening fasteners with moderate loads applied. For particularly stubborn or compromised fasteners, a 6-point socket and long ratchet may be needed for removal.
