Viton-tipped float needles make a superior seal compared to the original plastic float needles found in the early Concentric carbs. These Amal type parts are manufactured to exacting standards.
As a reminder, the float bowl needs to be removed to replace this float needle. We also recommend replacing the float bowl gasket during reassembly.
