Searching for the hottest spark possible when running a Boyer electronic ignition in your Triumph or BSA triple? Look no further! This 4 volt ignition coil from tri-spark features extra windings, heavier wire construction and a high grade core for improved spark energy and duration versus the original Lucas coils & other aftermarket alternatives. The appearance and dimensions are the same as the later 40mm Lucas coils (17M12, 17M6). This coil is compatible with Triumph T150 T160 Tridents, Triumph x75 Hurricanes & BSA Rocket 3 triples fitted with Boyer electronic ignitions, 3 coils are needed per motorcycle.
Warning – these coils discharge with a very high voltage so extra care must be taken to always have a spark plug connected to the HT output.
