You’ll need the following spares: headlight reflector/lens, the headlight rim and fixing wires PN# 504655. The headlight fixing clips are sold as 10 packs but typically only 4-6 are necessary to secure the reflector. They may look different than your original clips.

Step one: Install your headlight reflector/lens into the headlight rim. Making note of the locating tab of the rim that is installed into the bottom of the headlight shell, line up the reflector so that it is faced correctly. It doesn’t have to be perfect; you can adjust slightly once some clips are installed.

Step two: Orient your clips so that both clip ends face away from the reflector and the elbow bends are positioned downward. The flat center of the clips should be facing away from the reflector.

Step 3: Hook the clip ends under the rim lip

Step 4: Press down on the clip. The clip “elbows” of the headlight fixing clips will push against the reflector. Sometimes you may need to tighten up the bends for more tension, just squeeze them together a bit.

Step 5: Now that one is installed, install a second one across from it.

Step 6: This is a good time to line up the lens perfectly straight. Once the lens is lined up to your liking…

Step 7: Install more clips in an evenly spaced fashion until the reflector is completely secure.
Install your bulb(s) and install the headlight reflector and rim in the headlight shell. Secure the assembly with the top fixing clip and screw.
