Triumph Grease Retainer Wheel Bearing Shim 37-4135

The grease retainer not only seals the grease in the original open-caged wheel bearings but serves as a shim to ensure correct alignment of the front and rear hub assemblies.

The washer is a thin flat steel washer. Made in the UK.

The retaining washer covers the backside of the fitted wheel bearing.

The washer is placed against the bearing abutment in the interior of the front and rear hubs, then the bearing is pressed in, capturing the retaining washer.
