The manifold stud is important as it locates the carburetor flange to the mounting face of the intake manifold.
This 5/16 x 1-1/4″ 18-24 TPI stud is appropriate for Triumph T100C, T100R, T100S from 1968-1974.
Good thread integrity is critical in retaining the carburetor to the manifold.
Can be installed into the manifold with a stud installing tool, or by double-nutting (2) 5/16-24 UNF nuts to thread the stud into the manifold.
