Triumph Norton BSA 23 Pc. 1/8″ – 1/2″ Whitworth BSW Tap and Die Set PN# TBS-0600

This 23-piece tool set contains taps and dies for restoring Whitworth threads on nuts, bolts, studs, and screws. Supplied with tap and die handles and contained in a sturdy metal case.

Complete tap and die set from 1/8″ to 1/2″ British Standard Whitworth for thread repair on antique British motorcycles. Features taper and bottoming taps in each size. 7 dies are included in the set, matching the thread forms of the taps.

Fasteners and castings using BSW can be repaired using the taps and dies in this set.

It is recommended to use thread-cutting oil while cutting or chasing damaged threads. Complete with both taper and bottom taps in each of the following sizes: 

• 1/8″ X 40 TPI 
• 3/16″ X 24 TPI
• 1/4″ X 20 TPI
• 5/16″ X 18 TPI
• 3/8″ X 16 TPI 
• 7/16″ X 14 TPI
• 1/2″ X 12 TPI
