Triumph and BSA Airbox Replacement Air Filter Element
This replacement air filter element is intended for use in the Webco-style “Desert Sled” airbox we offer under part number TBS-0331. It can also be used in some Harley-Davidson and S&S air cleaner assemblies as well. It is not compatible with the common 1960s BSA and Triumph “Pancake” air cleaners, as it is too large.
The quality air filter element features a metal gauze reinforcement over the pleats. Sourced from Emgo, this element measures approximately 6″ OD and 2″ wide.
The air filter protects the engine from dust and other impurities that can be drawn in through the induction system. The heavy-duty construction of this element makes it ideal for off-road use.
The outer retaining cover of the airbox is removed, allowing access to the air filter element. The filter is easily retracted and reinstalled by refitting the cover.
