These nuts and washers are important for securing the fork spindle caps to the fork lowers. The fork spindle caps retain the front wheel. This kit is comprised of 5/16″-24 UNF nuts and spring washers. The spindle cap is placed under the wheel spindle and the hardware is connected with the studs and tightened in a cross-pattern.
