These chrome fork top nuts are important for the restorer looking for the correct original specification for the Triumph twin models from 1964-1967 using fork tubes threaded for 26 TPI nuts.
These 26 TPI chrome original specification fork top nuts are made in the UK by LF Harris and fit 1964-1967 Triumph 350, 500, and 650 models.
The fork top nuts are threaded into the fork tube and seal the fork oil inside of the tube using a large spanner.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These top fork nuts are 26 TPI with thread OD 1 1/16th” (1.062″). Check the TPI of your forks before purchase to ensure fitment of these top nuts. See recommend links for a thread pitch gauge.
