Triumph 650 To 750 9 Stud Morgo Routt Type Big Bore Kit 1963-72 PN# TBS-0150

Top of the Line, UK made 650cc to 750cc Big Bore Kit for Triumph Unit 650 twins with 9 stud heads 1963-72*. Our kit comes with everything you need for your conversion including a top end gasket set complete with 100% Copper headgasket to suit all unit Triumph 650 twins 1963-72, cylinder barrels, pistons & rings, and wrist pins.

We have found the below piston ring sets to be a suitable and economical replacement option for use on the Aerco 75.56mm pistons used in the TBS-0150 (PS215) Triumph 650 to 750 Big Bore kit. As with all piston rings, end gaps must be checked and adjusted to fit the bores in which they will be used. Refer to your workshop manual to obtain the correct piston ring end gaps for your application.

Please note: although the diameters of the Aerco Big Bore pistons and Triumph T140/TR7 pistons measure the same, the gudgeon pin sizes differ from the Aerco pistons to the original 750 pistons, so T140/TR7 pistons are NOT compatible with the TBS- 0150 Big Bore kit.
