One of the OEM Lucas coils on my ’71 Bonneville with a Boyer Bransden ignition was misfiring after heating up during extended rides, a common failure with age (can also result from squeezing the case too tightly on bikes that use sleeve-type clamps). These Tri-Spark 6V coils fit perfectly and solved the problem: the bike runs fantastic!
