Triumph Rear Wheel Grease Retaining Washer 37-1474
The grease retainer not only seals the grease in the original open-caged wheel bearings but serves as a shim to ensure correct alignment of the rear hub assembly.
The washer is a thin steel contoured washer. Made in the UK.
The retaining washer covers the backside of the fitted wheel bearing.
The washer is placed against the backing ring in the interior of the rear hub, then the bearing is pressed in, capturing the retaining washer.
