This front pulley assembly is a factory replacement for the Aerco belt drive kit specified for the Triumph 750 twin-cylinder models originally equipped with a triplex primary drive chain. Compatible with our TBS-BELT01 and TBS-BELT04 belt drive kits.
The pulley is pre-assembled and designed to fit the 32mm belt. Measured depth is 1.3695″, including the shoulder. Genuine Aerco spares are made in the UK.
The pulley is splined to fit over the corresponding splines on the drive-side end of the crankshaft. When the crankshaft is rotating, the pulley transmits power to the clutch drum via the belt, comprising the primary drive system.
The stator, magnetic rotor, and original chain-driving engine sprocket must be removed to allow installation of the pulley. The pulley fits onto the crankshaft with the belt retaining shoulder facing outwards.
