Not all high gear bushings are created equal. Correct U.K. made high gear bush that features the grooved internal oil scroll. You’ll find others are selling a plain, non-grooved version of this which is like installing an oil leak on purpose! As you probably already realize the scroll acts in such a way as to send oil back into the gearbox and provide adequate lubrication at the same time.
