This tappet adjuster lock nut(s) is a must have when replacing tappet adjusters. The lock nuts are important to ensure precise valve clearance adjustments.
The lock nut is a plain flat nut that has the correct 1/4-26 TPI threads to fit the threaded adjuster studs on the rocker arms and works with Triumph 350 and 500 models including Tiger 90, 3TA, 21, Tiger 100, Daytona Trophy, Tiger, T100c, etc.
The rocker stud adjusters are threaded into the rocker arms and are used to maintain proper valve clearances.
