The correct seat foam is important for the proper fitment of the seat cover and overall comfort of the riding position. This reproduction seat foam is suitable for the BSA B25 and B44 models from 1967-1970. Measuring 26″ long and 12″ at its widest, it may require fettling depending on your seat cover measurements.
This seat foam is custom cut for an accurate fit on the 41-9130 and 82-9732 smooth top, humped twin seats. Made in the UK.
The seat foam is fitted on top of the seat pan and wrapped with a vinyl seat cover, secured with adhesive or sprags. Trim strips are optional fitment on BSA singles “hump back” seats.
Occasionally, some shaping of the foam may be required to achieve perfect fitment with the seat pan and cover. Seat upholstery is a specialized skill and may be best left to a specialist for best results.
