Suitable for fitment to the 8″ twin-leading shoe brake anchor plate, as fitted to the 650 and 750 Triumph and BSA models from 1968-1970. This gauze screen will also fit the brake plate specified for the 1969-1970 BSA A50 and 1969-1974 Triumph T100R models.
Sourced from the UK, the reproduction gauze screen and outer retainer are chrome-plated and designed to cover the air scoop on the 8″ TLS brake plate. Overall radius length is approximately 9-1/4″.
The screen is designed to prevent the introduction of debris into the vented air scoop on the brake anchor plate.
The screen is fitted to the brake plate with small “Taptite” screws. (3) screws and washers are required.
