All returns must be requested ,via the form below, and received within 30 days of your original order. By their nature, we do not accept returns on bearings, service tools or electrical components. For parts ordered in error, the customer is expected to pay return shipping.
All returns (besides defective parts or errors on our part) will be subject to a restocking fee. If you would like your payment refunded, there is a 20% restocking fee. If you would like store credit, there is a 10% restocking fee. We are happy to answer any technical questions you have on these parts or their installation.
For faulty merchandise returns: Returns will be tested or checked for faults by The Bonneville Shop. If the item is found to be faulty, it will be replaced or your account credit at the direction of the customer. Items found not to be faulty will be returned at your expense. Further, The Bonneville Shop reserves the right to bill for any other associated costs to include any labor or material costs necessary to complete the testing process. Additionally, any faults found to be caused by damage due to improper installation, improper handling or any other such factors will not be covered and all associated testing and shipping costs will be billed at the discretion of The Bonneville Shop. All items returned will be inspected by The Bonneville Shop for damage or evidence of installation- any such damage or evidence of installation will nullify the return.
