At the Bonneville Shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there are any questions regarding, your purchase, please contact us at the phone number or email above before you purchase. We offer a 30 day return period, from the date of delivery, on most products except for bearings, service tools or electrical components. We do require returned products to received by us in new condition with original packaging to qualify for a refund or store credit.
To initiate a return, please fill out the form below. Again, by their nature, we do not accept returns on bearings, service tools or electrical components. For parts ordered in error, the customer is expected to pay return shipping.
With the exception of defective parts or erros on our side, all returns will be subject to a restocking fee. If you would like your payment refunded, there is a 20% restocking fee. If you would like store credit, there is a 10% restocking fee. We are happy to answer any technical questions you have on these parts or their installation.
All items returned will be inspected by The Bonneville Shop for damage or evidence of installation- any such damage or evidence of installation will nullify the return. For faulty merchandise returns, the returned item will be tested or checked for faults by The Bonneville Shop technical service team. If the item is found to be faulty, it will be replaced or your account credited at the customer’s direction. Items found not to be faulty will be returned at your expense. Further, The Bonneville Shop reserves the right to bill for any other associated costs to include any labor or material costs necessary to complete the testing process. Additionally, any faults found to be caused by damage due to improper installation, improper handling or any other such factors will not be covered and all associated testing and shipping costs will be billed at the discretion of The Bonneville Shop.
